As CISO, Jeff is responsible for all aspects of Ontario Pension Board’s Cyber Security. Previous to joining OPB, Jeff was Director of Cyber Security for Canadian Imperial Bank of Commerce (CIBC) following his tenure as Vice President of IT and Information Security Officer at Bank of Tokyo-Mitsubishi Canada, and Head of Network Security with Tangerine Bank (formerly ING DIRECT Canada).

Jeff is a trusted leader in the IT community and is known for finding innovative solutions to complex challenges that safeguard the organization while bringing the corporate strategic vision to fruition. Jeff has over 20 years of experience delivering results through building responsive teams to the organization and utilizing technology as a strategic lever in achieving growth. Andrea Stapley is the Assistant Vice President of Security Operations globally at Sun Life Financial. She holds a BA from McMaster University and is responsible for the Cyber Security Engineering and Operations teams globally. She is responsible for executing on the security strategy and roadmap for the enterprise from an Engineering perspective and manages the Operations Digital Security Threat Management team which handles Red team and investigations, security testing and vulnerability management as well as the Identity and Access Management program. Andrea has been in the Security and Operations Infrastructure field for over 25 years holding various senior roles previously at both Rogers and the Bank of Montreal. She has spent the past four years at Sun Life, building and operating their Security program. Andrea continues to be passionate about the Security industry and released her first book this month “Empowering Women to Succeed” as she is passionate about supporting women in their IT careers.

Nitin Mathur has over 20 years of experience in the Information Technology and is a seasoned Big Data professional who has managed and delivered many complex BI implementations. He has created roadmaps and business cases to build Big Data capability and implemented an Enterprise Data Hub on a Big Data platform. Nitin stood up the first Hadoop Cluster at Canadian Tire, set up the Hadoop Centre of Excellence at Scotiabank. Most recently, set-up the Big Data Centre of Excellence and operationalization of Enterprise Data Lake at SunLife.

He has helped organizations to build the Big Data & Analytics Platform and developed process and tools to deliver Agile Analytics as Service. Identify and develop Use Cases with the business to capitalize the investment on Big Data and explore new business opportunities by linking the traditional data sources with the new and unstructured data sources.

His experiences in industry verticals include financial services, insurance, retail, telecommunication, government and technology and have worked at Bell, Canadian Tire & Canadian Tire Financial Services, Shoppers Drug Mart, Government of Alberta, WSIB, Manulife, TD, and Scotiabank. Nitin has also worked as a consultant for various US clients including Priceline, Microsoft, KPMG, IBM and with many innovative venture capital projects in California and New York.

Prior to joining RBC, Masoum was the Senior Manager of Advanced Analytics at Aimia, a data-driven marketing and loyalty analytics company.
